The Groom's Story
Billy was born in Wilmington Delaware on November 14, 1981. He lived in Newark until the age of 15 when his parents moved to Middletown. During that time he attended Hodgson Vo-tech high school where he met his wife to be Christine. Upon graduation in 1999 he attended the University of Delaware and obtained his Bachelors degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management. After graduation he started working for Marriott International at the Philadelphia Airport Marriott. From Philadelphia he and Christine moved to Washington DC and still reside there to this day.
